Hello Fellow Potters!

We’re starting a new series of events we’re calling “Clay Conversations.” They’ll take place at people’s houses, and we can discuss anything and everything you’d like about clay! You can bring a specific piece to discuss, or a general question. For example:

“Here are two similar mugs I made with different handles. Which handle do you think is most effective?”

“How is everyone liking the new porcelain at the BAC studio?”

“Does anyone use speckled clay and why?”

“Here is a vase I made. Does anyone have suggestions for a better glaze application?”

“Can anyone help me set up my new kiln?”

Also, let us know if you’re interesting in hosting a Clay Conversation event! They don’t all have to be potucks–that’s up to the host.
